CD ASSESSOR is a structured interview and automated report writer. Its use allows a counselor to complete a type written, 14 page chemical dependency assessment, using point and click technology. Questions are structured to ensure a thorough assessment. Each report is individualized and details personal demographics, history, patterns of use, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
